1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WebGuarder (the "Service"), operated by Desocialize Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice.

2. Service Description

WebGuarder is a DNS security scanning platform that provides:

• Subdomain takeover vulnerability detection
• DNS configuration analysis and vulnerability scanning
• Email security verification (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• SSL/TLS certificate monitoring
• Infrastructure mapping and visualization
• Scheduled automated security scans
• Team collaboration and access management

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:

• Scan domains you do not own or have explicit permission to scan
• Use the Service to facilitate attacks against any system
• Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities discovered through the Service
• Share scan results with malicious intent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond API limits
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Domain Ownership Verification

For certain features, we may require you to verify ownership of domains you wish to scan. This helps ensure compliance with our acceptable use policy and protects domain owners from unauthorized scanning.

By adding a domain to the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right to scan that domain and view its DNS records.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Free Tier

The free tier provides limited access to the Service. Usage limits are displayed in your dashboard and may be modified at our discretion.

6.2 Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payment is processed through PayPal or bank transfer. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

6.3 Refunds

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are provided pro-rata for unused time within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, no refunds are provided, but you retain access until the end of your billing period.

6.4 Price Changes

We may modify pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until renewal.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Desocialize Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service. You grant us a license to process this data to provide the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. You agree to:

• Respect rate limits and implement appropriate backoff mechanisms
• Secure your API keys and rotate them if compromised
• Not share API keys with unauthorized parties
• Use the API only for purposes permitted by these Terms

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (we aim to provide advance notice)
• Emergency repairs or security updates
• Factors beyond our control (network issues, third-party services)

Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees as specified in your service agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Desocialize Ltd, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms

• Unauthorized scanning of domains you do not control

14. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention schedule.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Desocialize Ltd regarding the Service.
